Hi, I’m Alayne Anderson.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years in the nonprofit sector with a focus on healthy teams, cross-cultural relationships, effective communication, and conflict resolution. My subsequent HR roles emphasized promoting inclusive policies and workplace health.

I provide a warm, compassionate, culturally-sensitive space in therapy. Using a holistic, trauma-informed lens, I work to support clients as they connect the dots about who they are and what next steps would be most aligned with their values. I offer a supportive, collaborative environment tailored to clients to promote relief, self-knowing, and integration in their unique journeys.

Alayne received two B.M.s in Music Education and Piano Performance at Chapman University, and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Antioch University.
