School Based Counseling

Our School-Based Counseling Program provides high quality, trauma-informed, mental health support directly in schools, helping students thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. By bringing therapy into the classroom, we reduce barriers to care and provide early support for children facing anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral challenges. Recognizing the strong link between mental health and academic achievement, we focus on helping youth build the tools they need to thrive both emotionally and academically.

Services Offered:

  • Individual counseling for emotional regulation, stress, and trauma

  • Group therapy to build social skills and self-confidence

  • Teacher and staff consultation for classroom strategies

  • Family guidance and resources to extend support at home

Why Choose School-Based Therapy:

  • Improves emotional well-being and social skills

  • Supports academic performance and focus

  • Teaches healthy coping strategies

  • Strengthens opportunities for learning

We will develop a personalized partnership plan tailored to the unique needs of the school and its students. This ensures that every student receives the right level of support while fitting seamlessly into the school environment.
