Hi, I’m Rania Graetz.
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a B.A. in Literature from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio.
With a multicultural background, I offer a warm, culturally sensitive space where individuals feel supported. I specialize in working with teens, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and significant life transitions. I also have several years of experience as a school-based therapist, particularly supporting high school students.
My therapeutic style is integrative and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I draw from psychodynamic theory to explore the roots of emotional distress, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to build effective coping strategies, and family systems approaches to better understand and shift relational patterns. My work is always trauma-informed and guided by a culturally attuned perspective. I also incorporate other therapeutic modalities as appropriate to support her clients’ healing and growth.
I believe that healing begins with understanding, and that meaningful change becomes possible when we feel safe enough to be our authentic selves. While pain may shape us, it doesn’t have to define us, and I am here to help clients move through stuck places and into a more empowered, connected version of their lives.
