Hi, I’m Milli Azeem.
As a second-generation immigrant, queer, body-neutral BIPOC therapist, I aim to offer a space that feels inclusive, thoughtful, and culturally aware. Your identity, lived experiences, and all the different parts of who you are, are welcome here. You deserve a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported without judgment. This is a space where you don’t have to shrink, filter, or perform. You can show up as you are, explore your mental health openly, and gain the clarity and tools needed to support your growth and wellbeing.
Therapy works best when it’s designed and tailored for you and your needs. Your story, your voice, your experiences, and your goals all matter here. My approach is collaborative, supportive, strengths-based, and insight-oriented. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, I use an integrative framework grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy that is thoughtfully adapted to your needs, identity, and personal experiences. Your wellbeing is centered within a client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive space where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
I support you in working toward a life that feels both functional and fulfilling, manageable and meaningful. This means strengthening your emotional toolbox with coping skills you can actually use in your day-to-day life and feel confident relying on. Once you have the tools needed to regulate emotions, manage stress, and feel more steady, we move into deeper exploration of patterns, identity, and experiences that shape how you see yourself and your life.
