My approach to therapy is compassionate and collaborative. As a first-generation, bicultural therapist, I value the role culture, identity, and lived experiences play in shaping how we understand ourselves and the world around us. I strive to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences, relationships, and personal goals.

Together, we can reflect on patterns, build insight, and develop skills to support growth, well-being, and meaningful change. My work draws from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and a trauma-informed perspective, with a focus on supporting the whole person
