Hi, I’m Cindy Williams.
As a therapist, my aim is to support you on your journey toward well-being. With a B.A. in Psychology, and an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy, I offer a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I truly understand that your well-being is shaped by a unique blend of personal experiences, biology, social connections, and cultural influences, which means each session is thoughtfully tailored to your experience.
In a truly safe and supportive space, we'll collaboratively explore these interconnected elements to uncover patterns contributing to your current challenges. Together, we'll enhance your self-awareness, help you identify your core values, and develop practical strategies to empower you to live a more authentic and fulfilling life. Outside of my practice, you'll often find me recharging in nature, whether it's exploring trails or relaxing by the beach. I also find joy and inspiration in art and the wonderful world of animals and pets.
