Hi, I’m Andrea Lopez Del Rincon.
For more than a decade, I've known I wanted to become a therapist. What continues to inspire me is the privilege of connecting with people and witnessing the courage it takes to show up authentically in therapy. I believe healing begins in a space where you feel genuinely heard, understood, accepted, and supported, and building that kind of relationship is at the heart of my work.
As someone who is Latinx, LGBTQ+, and living with a chronic illness, I understand the importance of feeling seen, valued, and understood. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the ways culture, identity, health, and life circumstances shape our stories, relationships, and mental health.
I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, family conflict, chronic illness, and chronic pain. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique experiences and goals. Together, we'll explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop meaningful strategies that support healing, growth, and lasting change.
I believe therapy doesn't have to look the way it's often portrayed in movies or television. While some sessions involve deep emotional work, others may include laughter, reflection, curiosity, or moments of celebration. Healing is rarely linear, and meaningful progress often comes from simply showing up as you are. I welcome every part of your experience and strive to create a space where you can be fully yourself without judgment.
